Psychotherapy for Anxiety, Trauma, and Emotional Wellbeing

A supportive space to talk things through and start feeling more like yourself again.

Psychotherapy is for anyone feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to move forward.

That might mean living with anxiety, low mood, or past trauma. Or it might look like strained relationships, burnout, or just feeling a bit lost.

You don’t need to have all the answers, or even the words. You just need to show up, and we’ll go from there.

The word psychotherapy might sound scary, but my approach is based in person-centred therapy: a gentle, talk-based style that’s all about trust, empathy, and respect.

I also bring in ideas from compassion-focused and solutions-focused therapy to offer practical tools where they’re helpful, without rushing the process.

This is about giving yourself space to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and to develop tools that genuinely support you.

What to expect:

  • 50-minute sessions (online or in person)

  • Weekly or fortnightly availability

  • Optional secure portal for notes and resources

  • Three-month minimum commitment encouraged

Clients often leave therapy with stronger emotional resilience, increased self-compassion, and clearer boundaries in relationships.

Why Work With Me?

I know what it’s like to feel stuck — to question your place in the world or carry around other people’s projections about who you are.

That lived experience is why I do this work.

I became a therapist after working through my own challenges with mental health and late-diagnosed neurodivergence, and I bring that understanding to everything I do.

I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy, and I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I’ve also trained in compassion-focused and solutions-focused techniques, which support my person-centred approach.

More than anything, I aim to create a space that’s honest, collaborative, and tailored to you.
